Aims and Vision

It is intended for the caretaker’s house to be refurbished to an acceptable standard to be let on the open market and bring in a revenue to contribute towards the running costs of the main building.

The intention would be to let the house for the first three years, to provide additional income, then the position could then be reassessed in tandem with the Youth Hostel aspect of the project.
