It is intended to locate a campsite within the grounds of the former school. There is no campsite in Saltburn, although the Cleveland Way walking route and Sustrans Cycle Route 1 both pass through the town. Initially a twenty eight day experiment will be tried. On the basis of experience from this trial a decision will be made on whether or not progress further development.
