Aims and Vision

To have a high quality café with an emphasis on social ethics and use of locally sourced and grown produce, to provide refreshments for premises users and visitors. We would also seek appropriate licensing to be able to sell intoxicating liquors for specific events, where suitable or appropriate.

Phasing

This is planned for phase one of The Works @ Marske Mill, however, due to the capital costs envisaged we would not expect it to come on-stream until the second quarter of the phase. In the intervening period refreshment facilities would be provided by vending machine.
